評分 評分##我最近意識到瞭我社恐的原因,一是把國人對英語的那種高期待(或者是我想象中的國人)帶入到瞭老外身上,但其實他們並不judge我,隻是聽我說的意思;二是其實社交也需要練習,不知從啥時候開始我居然有瞭一件事我上來就應該會這種有毒的想法,如果不會就反復打擊自己,而不是去練習。作者的一些ice break cheatsheet有些尷尬,但是後半部分的一些例句有的還是挺有用的,會找時間記下來。
