其实是说每天分享一点自己做的事情。结合另一本书中的理论这个行为对一部分生活得很孤立的人来说有involve的连接感，可以减轻孤独感。//这本不能看中文版，书名翻译不对，以及感觉思想完全跑偏了。

##目录是这本书的精华，里头说的倒都是很励志有益的正能量，就是总觉得不像是一本书那么系统，更像是很多专栏凑出来的。总结出来就是“想干就干，让别人看见你在干什么，先走起来再说”。
