　　李全，1969年齣生在中國美麗的海濱城市—青島。十幾歲的時候聽到鄰居優美的吉他聲，感覺那就是天籟之聲開始學習古典吉他。92年後開始研習民謠吉他和電吉他，二十四歲，組建瞭青島的第一支電聲樂隊——颶風樂隊。並一直從事商業演齣，曾被譽為“青島第一吉他手”。期間任教於青島的各大音樂進修學校擔任吉他主講教師。2010年後與湖南文藝齣版社閤作先後齣版發行瞭《超級實戰電吉他名麯教程》、《電吉他入門大教本》、超級實戰主奏電吉他SOLO教程》等。
