##Usability studies 的課本嗯。感覺是很係統的介紹值得收藏備查。同樣討論數據驅動的可用性，"用戶體驗麵麵觀"( http://book.douban.com/subject/4818690/ )更多地關注實踐，適閤入門，這本書對方法論談論更多，更引人深思，是初級設計師的最佳進階讀物。
