作者简介

Peter F. Drucker is considered the most influential management thinker ever. The author of more than twenty-five books, his ideas have had an enormous impact on shaping the modern corporation. Drucker passed away in 2005.



　　彼得·F.德鲁克（Peter F.Drucker）被尊称为“管理学之父”，1909年生于维也纳，在奥地利及英国完成教育。1929年起，担任报社的海外通讯记者。同时也为伦敦一家国际银行做经济评论工作。1939年起，到美国担任一家英国银行及保险集团企业的经济分析员，不久就成为美国几家大企业和跨国公司最知名的管理顾问。此后在纽约大学管理研究所教书二十余年。2005年11月11日，德鲁克在加州家中逝世，享年95岁。

　　“你想做的是什么事？”是当今管理学上耳熟能详的德鲁克式的问句。德鲁克著述颇丰，其著作涉及工业社会的本质、企业管理的基础知识和技术变革等多个方面，见解独到精辟，每一部著作都为管理学树立了里程碑，同时也奠定了他“当代世界最不朽的管理思想大师”的地位。
