俗话说，做事要三思而行。在我的教学中我是深有体会的。记得初为人师时，走上课堂，结果讲课捉襟见肘，才发觉自己掌握的知识只是在学校学的一些皮毛,平时书读的太少。看看人家魏书生、韩军、李镇西等“那一代”教育上的大家，他们在讲课时对学科知识的系统整合和灵活调度，丰富广博的社会科学、自然科学、人文科学知识的信手拈来，教育学、心理学、新课程理念的自如运用，这些都是读书读到一定程度上才具有的游刃有余。作为一位物理教师不能只知道牛顿定律，也必须对其他知识有所知晓。这样，教师在课堂上、在生活中，才能“胸藏万汇凭吞吐，笔有千钧任翕张”，才能引经据典，妙语连珠，给学生以知识的充实和心灵的震撼。
