評分##補碼。 這本書的音頻有點差，最後還是看完的。 作者很會寫這種題材，沒有什麼太深的內容，就是一些簡單的科普。 抗氧化跟自由基是謊言，但是用來賣貨可是不錯的噱頭。 久坐的危害太大瞭，幸虧都是趴著看書（bushi）。
