評分##【按語：重新整理瞭一下桑德爾《自由主義與正義的局限性（1982）》的讀書筆記，補充閱讀瞭前幾年略過的“章4：正義與善”。雖然此書由於批駁的緣故而略淩亂，但整體上卻是一部極有理論高度的傑齣著作：桑德爾對Rawls《正義論》的批評根本上是對Kant理論（autonomy概念）的批評...
評分 評分 評分 評分##《公正》某種程度上可以算這本書的普及版，看完《公正》隻能算是增加點裝逼的談資而已，但對於總體上把握本書中涉及密爾、康德、羅爾斯的幾個重要概念還是很有幫助的，看的時候不至於陷入對拗口文字的糾纏而暈頭轉嚮。真正要深入理解自由主義與公正，還得看這本書。
