##《設計心理學》是本好書，但略顯得有些亂。 用我的理解來概括一下： 本書講瞭3個核心點： 1.匹配 2.反饋 3.容錯 書中提到的其他所謂“概念模型”和“預設用途”都是被包含在“匹配”中去考慮的，還有“已經形成的用戶習慣對設計改進的阻力”，其實也是匹配中的“概念模型”問...
