作者簡介

書很不錯，但是書的封皮被搞髒瞭。 之前買的書都有封皮保護，唯獨這本沒有，還偏偏就髒瞭。略心疼。

一直想找Ramsay寫的書，偶然發現很高興。書的內容還在學習中

這本是配閤他的視頻《傢庭烹飪》的，但裏邊各國傢常菜實在太西式，不符閤中國人飲食習慣，實在沒有嘗試欲望。買錯書瞭，應該買那本ultimate cooking course的，裏邊的菜比較中西結閤，很多調料都有中國菜和東南亞菜的影子。因為那本缺貨纔買瞭這本，容我哭一個去。
