作者简介

Lucy Maud Montgomery was a popular Canadian author in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. She is know for her novels, poetry, and short stories. Some of her well know titles are Anne of Avonlea, Kilmeny of the Orchard and Pat of Silver Bush. She died in 1942.

昏昏沉沉地来到考场，我迎来了满目关切的监考老师，待他们问清情况后，可亲可敬的监考老师，手忙脚乱地掏出自己的纸巾和监考员专用水，让我擦血。然后用柔和亲切的安慰让我镇定下来，最后又送给我一摞草稿纸，让我垫在试卷上以防试卷因被血污染而作废。我的心头涌过一阵巨大的暖流，口筒直不知道该说什么才好，只是不停地道谢。考试过程中，我的鼻子十分难受，因为其中塞满了止血用的纸巾。但我还是强忍着痛苦，坚持答完英语，然后一头扎在了桌子上，同考场的同学慌忙将我弄醒，搀扶着出了考场。我感觉一阵虚脱，但还是不由自主地又朝考场的方向望了一眼……
