内容简介

　　《兽医微生物学实验教程（第2版）》共分两部分、7章、36个实验。第一部分是微生物学基础实验，包括微生物学常用实验器材的准备、培养基的制备、细菌的培养与鉴定、病毒的培养与鉴定以及真菌的培养与鉴定等5章22个实验。安排这些实验旨在使学生掌握微生物学基本的实验操作技能。第二部分是重要动物病原的微生物学检查，设计了兽医临床上多发、常见和重要传染病病原的检查实验，共14个实验。其中，第六章是重要动物病原菌的微生物学检查，包括大肠杆菌、沙门菌、炭疽芽胞杆菌、结核分枝杆菌等12种重要动物病原菌的微生物学检查；第七章是重要动物病毒的微生物学检查，包括猪瘟、猪繁殖与呼吸综合征、新城疫、犬瘟热等8种重要动物病毒的微生物学检查。每个实验都精心设计了基本原理、器材准备、实验步骤、注意事项和实验报告等内容，以使《兽医微生物学实验教程（第2版）》具有更强的实用性和可操作性。
