This set of postcards is a collection of pen drawings which uses lines to express the formation texture and even the spiritual connotations of architecture. With fine mastery of the art the painter achieved rich color gradation through meticulous control of speed and strength and thus completely embodied the glamour of an ancient Chinese village.
內容簡介
黃埔村，古稱“鳳浦”、“凰洲”。
自宋代以後，黃埔村長期在海外貿易中扮演著重要角色，南宋時此地已是“海舶所集之地”。清朝中後期，廣州成為的對外貿易口岸之時，黃埔古港更是見證瞭“海上絲綢之路”的繁榮。
鬥轉星移，百年滄桑，當昔日的輝煌逐漸消失在慢慢淤積的古港渡口，黃埔村沉默瞭。
今天的黃埔村已經看不到昔日黃埔港口碼頭的繁榮景象，但依然保持著古樸的底蘊。
一塊青磚，承載著一段輝煌；一片瓦礫，掩蓋著一個故事；一塊石碑，銘刻著一處繁華。
Huangpu Village was traditionally called the Phoenix Ford or Phoenix Sandbar. After Song Dynasty the village became important in overseas trade and seafarers from far and wide began to dwell the area within merely a century. After Qing Dynasty as Guangzhou designated the only port for international trade the ancient village became an integral part of the “Overseas Silk Road”.
Time always subsides hustling into silence. No longer heard are the shouts for the hoist of canvas no longer seen are the glimmering of silk porcelain and gold. Yet the every stone on the ancient pavement and every tablet in the temples still echo the glory of the past.
作者簡介
白築，資深工藝美術師，從事建築裝飾設計、包裝設計30餘年，其繪製的鋼筆畫有獨特的錶現力。
Bai Zhu, craft artist, has worked in decorative and package design business for over thirty years and gained his fame for his unique expressive force in his pen drawings.

評分廣州叫黃埔的地方很多，但黃埔村應是這個地名最早的齣處。黃埔古港遺址

評分全村飲用井水，以電燈照明。電話基本普及。廣播，電視普及，被授予“全省廣播電視入戶率雙100%示範村”。
評分公祠大門緊鎖，外牆斑駁，梁上蛛網散布，祠名依稀難辯。沒有重修、沒有翻新，一任寥落蒼涼，反平添古祠的韻味。外簷房梁上的木雕，精緻得讓人瞠目結舌。在馮先生的引領下，我還在村中見到據稱有99個門的一座馮氏宗祠。宗祠的祠名已經沒有瞭，門前的石雕也慘遭毀壞。馮先生說，這是村中最大的馮氏宗祠。在馮氏宗祠的對麵，就是曾經被用作幼兒園的羅氏宗祠。莊嚴的宗祠和牆壁上色彩斑斕的兒童畫搭配在一塊，頗有點黑色幽默。馮先生說，這是村中惟一的一座羅氏宗祠。據載，黃埔村有馮、梁、鬍、羅四大姓，還有關、黃、衛、陳等小姓。村中曾經齣過眾多官宦、商人，這些人衣錦還鄉後，捐錢建瞭不少祠堂。鼎盛時期宗祠達99座。
