##以前我最討厭這種書瞭。可是對沒有社交天賦的人來說，摔跤摔好多次還不如看一兩本書學得快。不會做人的傢夥就算是傢庭主婦也會被炒啊！

##不知道為何成為“經典”，反正不推薦讀。我是因為需要核對譯稿不得不讀的。這應該是一份針對底層低學曆的銷售人員的係列講座的整理版吧。典型心靈雞湯，平淡無奇、缺乏營養，翻來覆去重復講相同的東西，很多案例莫名其妙，毫無邏輯可言。也這麼說吧…《瑪麗與馬剋思》中孤獨的馬剋思那個隱形的朋友坐在角落裏讀得就是這本書，最後這位朋友從窗子縱身躍下，再沒迴來，從中可以管窺一下美國和澳大利亞對此書的態度。
