评分##通勤路上听的audiobook，很多很多fun facts，留存在脑海里的并不多。。记得最后几章有提到，现在的医学研究已经到了dimishing returns的地步，就算我们研究出怎么治疗阿斯伯格症，也只能把人均寿命提高x天了（x好像<30），毕竟人老了可能这病那病都有了。。还有一个是说癌症就是evolution的flip side，如果我们不想莫名其妙的变异，那我们也不可能evolve到现在的模样。。另外历史上有些医生胆大到让人害怕，比如那个决定把导管从肩膀一路插进自己心脏然后去楼下拍x光片的，听得我连方向盘都握不太住了。。
评分##补码。 这本书的音频有点差，最后还是看完的。 作者很会写这种题材，没有什么太深的内容，就是一些简单的科普。 抗氧化跟自由基是谎言，但是用来卖货可是不错的噱头。 久坐的危害太大了，幸亏都是趴着看书（bushi）。
