评分##我会给朋友推荐 untethered soul，但不会直接推荐这本，尽管它帮我理解了 soul 一书里的方法论。如果是以前逻辑脑主导的自己，估计第一章就开始不信了。不过，我觉得这本书的内容，其实理性也可以解释，有空可以以书评形式写。
评分第一次读灵修类书籍。一开始觉得作者神叨叨的，但听到最后觉得还挺治愈的。把未知的未来完全交给生活，内心和灵魂反而就自由了。适合睡前听。

评分##发现我状态再糟糕对这种灵修类的书也还是挺抗拒的，特别是书里有很玄的内容出现……唯一有点参考价值的大概是某些情况下不要过于执着：What would happen if we respected the flow of life and used our free will to participate in what's unfolding, instead of fighting it?
