An Elephant and Piggie系列我手头共有10本，每本都讲一种情绪。要么是Elephant的情绪，要么是Piggie的情绪，但是无论何种情绪，肯定和对方有关，而且，到故事最后，每种情绪的理由都会给出，而且都会给出一个合理地圆满的解决办法。呵呵。我非常推荐爸爸妈妈和孩子一起读An Elephant and Piggie这个系列。

孩子好喜欢这个作者的书呢，碰到活动就收了几本，不错不错，很喜欢。分级阅读符合儿童认知发展规律。现代儿童心理学研究显示：儿童的认知水平与成人的认知水平是有明显差别的。即使在儿童阶段，不同年龄段，其认知的水平也是由低向高渐进发展的。婴儿与幼儿、学龄前儿童与学龄儿童、学龄低年级段儿童与学龄高年级段儿童，其认知皆有不同。分级阅读与儿童的认知发展吻合。
