作者简介

In 2004, Kimberly & James Dean sat down at their kitchen table to work on a children's book together. Their dream has finally become a reality with the release of this new Pete the Cat book, Pete the Cat and His Magic Sunglasses. Both left corporate jobs in the late nineties (James was an electrical engineer; Kimberly worked in the press office of the governor of Georgia) to pursue their passion for art, and they have experienced a life made up of strange and wonderful coincidences ever since. Pete the Cat has brought magic into their lives. They work in side-by-side studios in Savannah, sharing their home with five cats and Emma the pug.

无意间在国外买了一本，没想到孩子很喜欢，于是就咬牙买了一套，真心贵，但为了孩子的英语学习，值得。一套不可多得的好书，儿子最喜欢The wheels on the bus

宝宝喜欢中文版，买个原版做对比。完全就是两个概念的东西，原版每一页都有小机关，富含设计，有意思多了

介绍了感恩节的由来，在学英语的同时学习了历史知识，还是翻翻书。寓教于乐，很好。京东的原版书本来就是三大电商里最便宜的，还加上200-100的券，太超值的了，以后原版就在京东买了，希望京东多做些活动。

pete the cat这个系列都不错，有绘本，有分级，就是绘本价钱比较贵。这本《皮特猫：第一个感恩节》是翻翻书，画风可爱，孩子喜欢，价格相比这个套系的其他也要便宜上不少，总体来说比较满意，全场半价活动时值得购入。
